    Bio: StarSlay3r has been gaming since a child and began competitively since 1998. In 2006 StarSlay3r moved to Texas where she entered the Midnight Gaming Championship which launched her professional gaming career as she gained attention from MTV for being a top 10 Guitar Hero 2 player at the CPL tournament held in Dallas, TX.  StarSlay3r later moved out to California where her skills only increased as she began winning multiple Guitar Hero tournament in the state. In March of 2008 StarSlay3r ranked 3rd in the nation in a tournament known as Rocktacular which was featured on Gamespots Tournament TV and as new Guitar Hero Games came out, her rankings raised to new levels.

    During StarSlay3r’s competitive career she has ranked up a total of over 30 top 5 finishes in 9 games in 3 genres. StarSlay3r has proved to be a top gamer not just in the U.S. but she has been ranked as high as 5th Worldwide for Guitar Hero: World Tour on Scorehero.com in 2008, ranked 7th in the Pan American region of the world (out of 13 countries) for Guitar Hero: World Tour in the 2009 WCG Pan American Championships in Guadalajara, Mexico and also claimed 1st place for Rock Band 2 at the 2009 Pan American Championships.

    In 2009 StarSlay3r went to Guadalajara, Mexico to compete on Team USA for Guitar Hero: World Tour, being the first female to do so. After being approached by many well known teams in 2009 StarSlay3r decided that the team that best suited her ultimate gaming goal was Empire Arcadia and she was a member of the Valkyries of Arcadia, the female division of Empire,from 2009 to 2010. Since then StarSlay3r has decided to put herself back on the market for a new team and she looks forward to the new opportunities that will arise from working with a new group.

    In the short 3 years of her professional gaming career StarSlay3r has been a recognized player in the gaming community thanks to appearances on news stations such as FOX and MSNBC, on TV shows such as WCG Ultimate Gamer and Sony’s THE TESTER, films such as FRAG, radio stations such as LEVEL UP and LO3,  magazines such as CHIEF magazine, Stuff Magazine and GAMEROOM Magazine, on popular gaming websites like Kotaku, Joystiq and IGN.com, as a host on GirlGamer.com, and most recently for being in a viral marketing campaign for the movie Repo Men… her list of appearances goes on and on. Being influenced by other Pro Gamers such as Todd Rogers and Fatal1ty, she is determined to continue to work on her skills to become the best gamer that she can be.’

    On top of gaming, StarSlay3r utilizes her gaming skills to help out to help out charities. StarSlay3r has helped to raise money for multiple charities such as The Autism society of America, breast cancer research, To Write Love on Her Arms, Starlight Children’s Foundation, and Child’s Play Charity.
